Healthcare Service Delivery Coordinator

Salary: £21,840 per annum (£12 per hour)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week (Early finish on Friday)
About the Role:This role involves coordinating the delivery of healthcare services to our clients and employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate and manage Occupational Health cases from initiation to closure.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT/PC skills, including Microsoft Packages.
