Greetings We are looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Breast Imaging department with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will assist with managing workload under supervision, utilizing your excellent administration and communication skills. You will be responsible for entering data into various systems, including NBSS/CRIS/TRAKCARE/BS SELECT, which require confidentiality and attention to detail.

We operate the National Breast Screening Programme for Gloucestershire, covering a large population of over 100,000 women. As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with our team and specialties within the breast unit, driving efficiency and quality in our services.

To succeed, you will need a minimum Grade C (4) GCSE in English & Maths, along with evidence of further training. Familiarity with Microsoft Packages and knowledge of Medical Terminology are also crucial.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
