About the Role

We are seeking a Bank Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home staff, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities for care home residents, including getting to know them and their families, creating tailored activity programs, and inspiring participation from both residents and staff.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident preferences, interests, and activity participation to inform future planning.
About You

To succeed as a Bank Activities Coordinator, you should be warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.
