Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Activities Worker to join our team at Gloucestershire House, a purpose-built building providing care and support for adults with physical disabilities.
As an Activities Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging social and recreational activities, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and lead activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Develop and implement creative activity plans, ensuring variety and choice
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a holistic support service
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive living environment
Requirements:
- No prior experience in activity work is necessary, but an artistic flair and great organisational skills are essential
- A manual driving licence held for at least 2 years is required
- Previous experience working with people with disabilities is advantageous
