As an Admin Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting our care home teams to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing files, and providing administrative support to our managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills, good computer proficiency, and a confident telephone manner. You will also be a people person, taking a genuine interest in our residents and their families. About the Role
In this varied role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the smooth operation of our care home. You will be based in Cheltenham, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with occasional evenings and weekends required.
