i2i Recruitment is searching for an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support in our dynamic property development business. Located in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, this part-time role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum (pro rata) for 20 hours of work.

Job Description:

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising and managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and friendly approach. Additionally, you will maintain and manage documentation for projects and customers, and provide ad hoc support to a busy, collaborative team.

Requirements:
  • Administrative experience, ideally within housing or property, though not essential.
  • Detail-focused, organised, and proactive.
  • Advanced IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office.
  • A warm, professional approach to customer service.
