Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to lead our Control Account team. As a key member of our Test Systems department, you will be responsible for delivering the scope associated with designated control accounts within committed cost, schedule, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project execution of assigned engineering teams to deliver on commitments and coordinate teams.

• Make commitments to the Engineering Project Manager on behalf of their team for delivery of assigned scope against agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets.

• Drive Risk Management best practice, quantify engineering risk to the EPM via a local engineering risk register, and proactively plan risk mitigation activities within the team to minimize project impacts.

• Identify and quantify internal and external dependencies and ensure dependencies are reflected within project plans.

• Work within the program and project change process to ensure that any agreed scope changes are 'consumed' by the engineering team in a controlled and coordinated way, and change impacts are reflected into the detailed engineering plans.

• Adhere to the sites Monthly Operating Rhythm (MOR), update the detailed plans for the assigned works, and interface with the Program Management Office (PMO) to submit monthly status and plans to the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in the project management/control field.

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
