Main Tasks:- Manage post duties, call overflow and reception cover
- Coordinate meeting rooms and maintain office materials
- Provide technical support, install equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
- Contribute to administrative tasks such as document scanning, file management and data analysis
- Support office projects, including process reviews and system improvements
- Collaborate with the Business & Operations Manager on various projects, such as office reorganisation, process documentation and data collection
- Ability to quickly learn and solve problems
- Organisational, adaptable and detail-focused
