As an experienced Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

The Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to lead our HQ team. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for all key Tidal HQ areas, ensuring that our systems, processes, and procedures run effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting monthly and quarterly staff performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and recognize outstanding contributions.
  • Working collaboratively with the Director to engage effectively with the team and liaise on strategic decisions.
  • Writing daily, weekly, and monthly reports highlighting key facts, team key metrics, and your oversight reflections to inform business decisions.
  • Ensuring sufficient staff cover is maintained, including holiday requests and effectively managing sickness absence (with the support of HR).
  • Identifying and reporting training needs, trends, successes, and issues to the Director.
  • Ensuring agreed systems, spreadsheets, processes, and procedures are followed, current, accurate, and complied with.

You will have a proven track record of leading small teams, improving their quality and delivery, and driving business growth.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses up to £1,800 per year, onsite car parking, company shutdown over Christmas and New Year, and an Employee Assistance Program.
