Job Title: Housing Officer

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our residential services team as a Housing Officer. You will be responsible for providing essential support and management services to residents within your allocated area, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community services and stakeholders to enhance resident services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of resident information and activity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience as a Housing Officer or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of housing legislation and policies.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Package Includes:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Health Membership.
