**Job Title:** Residential Care Manager

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

**Estimated Salary Range:** £46,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The Residential Care Manager will lead a team of Residential Child Care Workers in providing high-quality care and support to young people with adverse childhood experiences and trauma. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Residential Child Care Workers to ensure excellent standards of care.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic support to service users.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
  • Working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
