**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Manager to lead our residential care team in Cheltenham. As a seasoned professional, you will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and developing individuals to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, tailored to their individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of Residential Child Care Workers
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services

**Requirements:**

  • Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent)
  • Working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
