We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Care Leader to join our team at The Orders of St John Care Trust.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a residential care setting, preferably with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. They will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate others to deliver high-quality care.
