Are you a highly motivated and experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor and Trainer to join our team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical supervision and training to our junior staff, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to deliver high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychological therapies, with a Post Graduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Improving Access to Psychological Therapies and significant experience working as a PWP in primary care settings. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £56,033 per annum, plus benefits, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
