Clinical Lead for Psychological Wellbeing Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead for our Psychological Wellbeing Services team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our mental health services, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychological therapies, with a Post Graduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Improving Access to Psychological Therapies and significant experience working as a PWP in primary care settings. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

We offer a competitive salary of £53,157 - £64,738 per annum, plus benefits, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
