  • Operational management of the service, including budgeting and resource allocation;
  • Leadership and development of the multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective working relationships and high-quality care delivery;
  • Collaboration with clinical leads to develop and implement service policies and procedures.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in healthcare, preferably in a leadership role. They must possess excellent leadership and management skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of the NHS values and priorities.
