Job Overview

This is a Part-Time opportunity that requires delivering comprehensive nursing services, including wound care, immunizations, and routine health screenings. You will conduct patient assessments, create tailored care plans, and support a holistic, patient-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to a diverse patient community, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide education and promote health to empower individuals in managing their well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in a primary care or community healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • You should be skilled in administering child and adult immunizations and cervical smears.
