We are currently recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Winfield Hospital. This is a fixed-term position for 1 year, offering a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a key member of our ward team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes and provide exceptional patient experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
