Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our care home team. As a Senior Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and making critical clinical decisions.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create safe and supportive environments for residents with complex needs
  • Develop tailored care plans that address individual requirements
  • Provide safe and effective medication administration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Excellent knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
Salary and Benefits
