Job Title: Nurse Leader

Location: Winfield Hospital

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Leader to join our team at Winfield Hospital. As a leader within our ward team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Lead the development of our clinical services through quality improvement initiatives and best practice sharing
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and contribute to the management of patient data
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to maintain your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Experience of working as a senior nurse in a hospital setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
