Nights Care Assistant Team Leader

We're looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Villages Cheltenham, working full-time nights shifts. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the nursing team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with clinical duties, including administering medication and monitoring vital signs
- Support the nursing team with day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless care delivery
- Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, responsible for shift handovers and new staff inductions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external teams
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure accurate record-keeping and updated care plans
