Night Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead our night care team at Richmond Villages Cheltenham, offering a competitive salary of £12.75 per hour, plus a £500 welcome bonus.
This is a permanent position, requiring 36 hours per week across 3x 12 hour shifts (20:00 - 08:00), including alternative weekends.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to residents, and working closely with the nursing team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
