Senior Care Assistant - Nights

Based in Richmond Villages Cheltenham, this role offers a competitive salary of £12.75 per hour, plus a £500 welcome bonus.

This is a permanent position, requiring 36 hours per week across 3x 12 hour shifts (20:00 - 08:00), including alternative weekends.

About the Role

A Senior Care Assistant plays a vital part in our care home, supporting the nursing team with clinical duties and ensuring residents receive high-quality care.

  • Day-to-day responsibility for managing a unit
  • Supporting with clinical tasks, including administering medication and monitoring vital signs
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants and driving results
  • Helping with training and supervision of new staff members
  • Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams
  • Assisting residents with personal care needs
