We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker position at Turning Point Careers, where you will be working in Cheltenham with individuals who require support with daily living tasks. This is a 24-hour service, and we require someone to work a range of shifts from morning to afternoon and evening. The level of care required will vary across our services, and as a Support Worker, you will be assisting individuals with personal care, medication management, mobility, and daily living tasks.

At Turning Point Careers, we strive to create positive family relationships and provide a good circle of support for our service users. We offer a person-centred approach, which includes supporting individuals with various activities, shopping, managing their own budgets, and cooking. Our aim is to enable people to be as independent as possible, and we tailor our services accordingly.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support.
