Job Summary:

The Resident Care Advocate plays a vital role in supporting the well-being and happiness of residents at Barchester Healthcare's care home. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks, adhering to individualized care plans, and providing emotional support and engagement opportunities for residents.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role is accompanied by a highly competitive hourly rate of £38, demonstrating the value placed on delivering exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities
  • FOLLOW CARE PLANS TO ENSURE RESIDENTS RECEIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE
  • Engage in meaningful interactions with residents

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful, you'll need experience working with older adults, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
