We are looking for a dedicated Home Support Associate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cheltenham. This critical role involves providing essential support and care to our clients, empowering them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized support to clients, encompassing daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health-related conditions, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social engagements, facilitating connections with their communities.
- A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in caregiving is preferred.
- You must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy, enabling you to form strong bonds with clients and their families.
- The salary range for this position is £25,500 - £32,000 per annum, reflecting the significance of this role in delivering high-quality care services.
