About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Care Manager to join our team at Bramble Home Care Limited.
As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our busy domiciliary care service for older adults.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring branch compliance, developing high-quality person-centred care services, and providing inspirational leadership to your team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- To ensure that the branch operates in accordance with regulatory standards
- To develop and implement high-quality person-centred care services
- To lead and inspire the Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors
- To maintain effective relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
- To support the development of our care services
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responsible for checking the Care Planner Rota, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will also ensure that schedules are distributed promptly to staff and service users, as per office policy.
In addition, you will provide training and equipment to staff to enable them to perform their roles effectively and professionally.
You will also maintain relationships with commissioners and stakeholders, and support the development of our care services.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Management/supervisory experience within a Domiciliary/Homecare setting
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Service Improvement
- Knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Salary: £30,000-£31,000 per annum
