Job Overview:

Bramble Home Care Limited seeks an experienced Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care services in Staverton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of older adults.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing effective quality assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Providing inspirational leadership to the Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Management/supervisory experience within a domiciliary/homecare setting.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Service Improvement.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
