About the Role:
As a Domestic Director at Barchester, you will be responsible for overseeing the domestic operations of our care homes, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to motivate a team to deliver outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have experience of housekeeping in a similar environment and a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams. A caring nature and excellent communication skills are essential as you will interact regularly with staff, residents, and their families.
In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a £500 Golden Hello, free training and development opportunities, and access to wellbeing and support tools.
