About the Job
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housing Night Concierge. In this role, you will provide critical support to customers with complex care needs, maintain the health and safety of the building, and respond to emergencies.
Key Tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers with complex care needs.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the building's security and health.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, such as suspicious activity or medical issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Comfortable working through the night and having great communication skills.
- Experience in providing support to vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
