**Housing Concierge Role Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Housing Concierge working waking nights. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for overtime.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
• Provide support to customers with complex care needs, especially when our wider team or their own support network are unavailable.
• Manage the health and safety of the building by patrolling and ensuring everything is locked and secure.
• Respond to situations on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or engaging emergency services if needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Travel between sites and buildings across Cheltenham.
• Work 8pm-8am on a rota basis.
• Use technology to monitor CCTV, update records, and utilize Microsoft Office 365.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS check.
