We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Care Coordinator to join our team at Turning Point. As a key member of our supported living service, you will play a critical role in delivering person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our residents receive high-quality support that promotes their independence, dignity, and well-being. This includes supporting daily activities, personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working a range of shifts, including nights. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

A driving licence is necessary, and a minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role is required. We offer a competitive salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
