Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Turning Point, a leading health and social care provider with over 300 locations across England.
As a Care Coordinator, you will be working in a supported living service in Cheltenham, providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will be responsible for promoting independence, supporting daily activities, and arranging activities in the home and local community.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, caring, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly. A driving licence is necessary, as you will need to transport individuals to appointments and activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus benefits including 29 days' paid holiday and the option to buy additional holidays. We also pay one year's annual subscription for a Costco Warehouse membership card as a discretionary bonus.
