Job Title: Adult Care Worker
Job Summary: As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire Disability, you will become part of a fantastic team that delivers person-centred care and support to our customers. You will assist with daily life tasks, support our customers' independence, and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.
Salary and Benefits: This rewarding role comes with a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a contributory company pension scheme, access to a Cash Health Plan, and great development opportunities through our apprenticeship schemes.
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced care worker or someone who is passionate about starting a career in care. A personal care experience is desirable but not essential. You should be flexible to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
