At Leonard Cheshire Disability, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support services to adults with physical disabilities. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team in Gloucestershire.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and support to adults with physical disabilities
- Assisting individuals with daily life tasks, such as personal care, medication, and meal times
- Supporting our person-centred approach, encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations
