We are seeking a skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level support to our Chief, Home Living and Community Officer at Melba Support Services.

About the Role
  • This is a key role in achieving the strategic plan by supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and operational plans.
  • The successful candidate will provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on data analysis and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief in analysing data and creating reports to inform decision-making.
  • Analyse data and develop reports to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Triage complaints and incidents, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior administration, preferably in disability, community, health, or social services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a proven ability to dissect complex issues.
  • Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and experience working in compliance environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems like SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Our salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
