We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our executive team at Melba Support Services in Victoria. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to support the achievement of our executive team's goals.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in senior administration, ideally in disability, community, health, or social services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a proven ability to dissect complex issues and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and experience working in compliance environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems like SharePoint.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required.
  • The ability and relevant driver's license to perform travel to Melba sites across Victoria.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, with regular travel to Melba sites across Victoria.
