Client Support Executive

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our Internal Client Services team.
As a key member of the ICS team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support services across the Firm. You will work closely with the Director of ICS, Vicki Napolitano, and Head of ICS, Claire Phillips, to achieve this goal.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert administrative support to our teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Compliance & Risk Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage files and documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Process internal and external postal deliveries, arranging courier services as required.
- Maintain the Practice Management System, logging and recording documents efficiently.
- Close files, archiving and retrieving as necessary.
- Search for Partners, fee earners, Client Services Leads, and Client Services Executives.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing.
- Support the Finance team in loading receipts, cheques, and bills onto the system.
- A minimum of 6 months administration experience.
- GCSEs graded A to C (or equivalent) in maths and English.
- Solid customer service experience and work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive Team Player.
- Organised.
- Good interpersonal skills with adaptability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum
