This is a permanent position with full and part-time possibilities, offering a 4-week rolling rota working pattern Monday-Friday. We provide competitive remuneration, estimated at £44 per hour, increasing in April 2025, reviewed annually.

You will also be responsible for dealing with general enquiries, making appointments, answering the telephone, taking messages, and passing information to the intended recipient. Additionally, you will monitor patient appointments, keep patients informed of any delays, and advise them on different practice procedures. Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area is essential, as well as receiving clinical samples from patients and processing payments for private fees.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary, plus benefits such as free onsite car parking, team social events, NHS discounts scheme, paid breaks, and uniform shirts provided. We aim to create a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality in our execution of work activities and attitudes.
