Our Nursing Leadership Specialist role at Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care we provide.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a proven track record of success in leadership roles. They will be responsible for recruitment, induction, development, supervision, and appraisal of staff, as well as rota management and risk assessment. They will also be expected to deputise for the Head of Clinical Services/Ward Manager when necessary.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £42,000-£50,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You will also be entitled to enhanced pay for unsociable hours, a company pension scheme, and a range of other benefits.
