We are seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Mentor to join our team at Turning Point. As a valued member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred support and promoting independence. You will work closely with our service users to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized plans to achieve them.

As a Life Enrichment Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily activities, including cleaning, cooking, and personal care. You will also assist with medication management, manual handling, and ensuring that record keeping is maintained to the required standard.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 29 days' paid holiday per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for career development, recognition and celebration, and a total reward package that supports your well-being.
