Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a motivated and organized individual who wishes to work as an Office Management Specialist in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

As an Office Management Specialist, you will be working closely with a senior partner to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Your duties will include preparation of correspondence, meetings and presentations, including updating spreadsheets and producing detailed reports on various aspects of business performance.

You will also be required to deal with a high volume of client communications, either directly or through email. In addition, you may be required to assist with the delivery of financial services advice to clients and help manage the pipeline of new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Previous experience in administration, preferably in a Financial Services environment would be advantageous, but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements is essential.
