About the Role

We are looking for a Programme Management Lead to join our team at Ultra PCS. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing multiple programmes and projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery of new developments and growth of the customer account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of new developments, aligning the business to customer needs and achieving financial objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
  • Nationality: Candidates must be UK citizens and able to work in the UK without restrictions.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
