Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office environment and wants to develop their skills in administration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
  • Produce suitability reports and communicate with advisers and clients.
  • Prepare and process new client documentation and amendments.
Requirements
  • Prior administration experience is essential – additional training will be provided.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards. We also offer flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
