Job Description:

Anderson Recruitment is seeking a skilled Service Coordinator Expert to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities with our engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on communicating effectively with customers, managing service engineers' diaries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits:
Up to £28,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including comprehensive annual training, six-monthly appraisals, clear progression opportunities, and access to exclusive discounts through Perkbox.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities with engineering teams
- Communicating with customers to book engineer servicing visits and addressing general queries in a timely manner
- Managing service engineers' diaries to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities and updating customer databases as required
- Collaborating with account managers to administer Service remedial quotations

Working Hours and Location:
The successful candidate will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (8:30 am - 5 pm) and Friday (8:30 am - 4 pm), based in the UK.
