**Job Title:** Support Worker for Vulnerable Children

**Location:** Adult Social Care Department

**Salary:** £17 per hour (competitive rate)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of the Adult Social Care department, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families in a supportive or therapeutic setting. You should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support to children and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies involved in family support and early intervention
  • Developing and maintaining accurate records of interventions with children and families
