We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Penn Fields School, a specialist setting in Wolverhampton providing education to young people with various SEND complexities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for our learners to explore and express themselves.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support, promoting independence, and encouraging social interaction among learners.
