Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker for Vulnerable Children and Families, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to children and their families who are facing challenges.

You will work closely with other agencies involved in family support and early intervention to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting vulnerable families. This will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interventions with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
