Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Bank Residential Support Workers. In this role, you will work collaboratively with experienced professionals to provide holistic, family-oriented, therapeutic care to children aged 6-17 years old.

Your key responsibilities will include contributing to children's therapeutic care plans, risk assessments, and reviews. You will also help provide a safe, caring, and functioning family environment, including daily routines, meal preparation, and home cleanliness.

As a member of our team, you will support children in their daily lives, including helping with daily routines and providing emotional support. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.

Additionally, you will participate in further professional development relevant to the role and be confident in using computer systems.

Estimated Salary: £15-£20 per hour
