About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced social worker to take on the role of Child Protection Lead Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child protection procedures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is £53,216 per annum, which reflects the importance of this position in our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating child protection initiatives and activities
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on child protection policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other agencies to develop and implement effective child protection strategies
